Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on location:

  • USA, UK, Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 7–20 business days

  • Africa (including Nigeria): 10–20 business days

Please note: Unexpected delays from customs, weather, or courier services may affect delivery time.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may apply during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for your tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, TRAVEL & LUXURY is not responsible.
Please contact us immediately if you need to correct your address before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us.
We will assist in tracking the package through the courier.
Refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
