How to Track Your Order

Locate your Tracking Number in the shipping confirmation email we sent after your order was dispatched.

Enter your tracking number into our tracking box or the courier’s official tracking website.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3–5 days after placing your order, please contact us and we will resend it.
Tracking Not Updating?
Sometimes tracking information takes time to update due to carrier processing or international transit.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5–7 days, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
